Most trainers still run sessions with a notebook and a spreadsheet — and honestly, that’s been the smarter choice. The software out there is clunky, bloated with features nobody asked for, and built by people who’ve never trained a client. I was one of those trainers. I needed something actually worth switching to — tools that let me design sharp programming, assign it fast and at scale, onboard clients with my own training fundamentals, track sessions without friction, and turn raw data into decisions. Nothing like that existed. So I’m building it.

ATHLETICA Studio tracks every variable that shapes your training — volume, effort, progression, recovery — and renders it in real time. The chart below is a working prototype: twelve weeks of periodized programming visualized as muscle-group balance, color-coded by intensity, with MEV and MRV boundaries marked.
