“ Im John Richmond. a certified personal trainer and strength coach, passionate about guiding you through an empowering fitness journey. With professional certifications from Canfitpro and Precision Nutrition, my expertise lies in Powerbuilding - a dynamic fusion of bodybuilding and powerlifting techniques tailored to your unique goals.

I come to weight training and exercise as a way to exert some measure of control over myself at a time in my life when i was out of control Drinking and Partying. I found that my goals in weight training were coming into conflict with my drinking, and so with my goals in mind and a supportive girlfriend, i was able to regain a handle on things and start Moving forward. This path not only reshaped my body but also my mindset. I believe in the transformative power of exercise. now, with over 15 years of experience with bodybuilding and Powerlifting movements, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others find their strength. Both inside and out.

I believe in breaking down barriers. The gym should be a welcoming space for everyone, regardless of background or experience. Whether you’ve felt sidelined due to preconceived notions about fitness culture or are just beginning your journey, I’m here to guide you.
